User Interface Strategist at Xerox Corporation | January 2024–February 2026

• Led the visual and behavioral strategy of the Xerox Interface Design System (XIDS) that supported 5 UX design teams serving over 1,000,000 users across web, mobile, and touch-based interface platforms. 

• Analyzed stakeholder requirements, benchmarked competitors, leveraged usability research and ensured compliance with WCAG 2.2 Section 508 accessibility guidelines to maintain industry standards and hold government contracts. 

• Significantly improved design and specification production efficiency by building a centralized Figma library based on XIDS. This included foundations, components, and pattern templates made to standardize design workflows and development handoff.

• Collaborated with engineering teams to produce and revise product graphics, including data plates, product identity, and corporate identity placement for over 100 models of Xerox multifunction printers.

• Contributed to the interface and hardware visual strategy for the Xerox ElemXTM 3D alloy printer, including iconography, product identity badge, and corporate branding integration.

• Translated complex concepts into communicable, scalable UI assets as small as 16px (app icons, system icons, illustrations, and 3D renders) while upholding strong corporate identity and usability standards.

• Managed and improved a web-based icon library of over 6,000+ downloadable glyph, PNG, and SVG assets, which increased in volume by 27% and enhanced concepts for communication within designs.
